Amnesty Belgium asked Air (ad agency) to develop a viral campaign to raise awareness of the importance of Human Rights. A series of experiments took place during 2008 in Belgium to wake the defender of human rights that is asleep in each and every one of us. The campaign used hidden cameras, internet, posters, direct mail and mobile phones as the main communication channels. It was also timed to coincide with the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights signed on 1948.

The campaign even won a Silver Direct Lion at the Cannes Ad Festival this year. Well done!
