↓ Whim: Coffee + Tea Maker
Naoto Fukasawa (from plus minus zero) has designed this ideal coffe+tea machine back in 2007 and is now available in the UK at the Design Museum Shop (thus EU), a way of saving space (maybe not time) in a minimalistic way.
It has the capacity to serve six cups of tea or coffee. The water is filtered within ten minutes, passing through a double activated charcoal filter. There is also a one hour automatic off function.
Fukasawa is known for his inspirational design work for Muji, including the now iconic Muji wall-mounted CD player. He has also designed notebook laptops for Samsung, furniture for Magis and stationery for Lamy.
